Storyline 360 error.

Hello, I'm getting an error when trying to enter a text box. It will create it but as soon as you start trying you get this error. I have done a clean install, I have tried this, https://www.articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-Storyline-360-How-to-Fix-Unexpected-or-Erratic-Behavior. It works fine on any other computer I install it on. I also get that error when I try to open the spell check setting or the spelling settings.

I'm sorry you're still having trouble with this - I looked at your previous case with Ryan and saw the last response he sent you went unanswered, so I included it again here and I'll have him reach out again!
One more thing that you can try is to check if Windows 7 is up to date. If all the latest updates are installed, does the same issue occur if you use a user account that has full admin rights?

Yes Windows 7 is updated and yes the error still exists when an account with full admin rights uses the software.
