Did Articulate remove the option to have a learner re-take a quiz if they fail. I have looked at all the tutorials I can find and they all say to look in the "options' section of the "Results Page". When I try to edit the "Results Page" there is not an option for change or even allow the learner to retake the quiz......

The Retry Button is still there. You can find it under the Results Tools - Design Tab.
