I am working in Storyline 360 and have a quiz interaction where users choose a quote from an expert. Now that flash in not enabled in Chrome, I find that my user characters and their quotations do not appear as they should. This was originally built in Storyline 2 but I haven't experienced any issues until the move to 360. Storyline asserts that they have html5 backups to flash but that doesn't seem to be working well when embedded in my LMS (D2L/Brightspace). Does anyone have a fix for this or suggestions for working around the flash issues in Chrome? I have attached the sample slide that I find problematic.
Just FYI, I am aware of the exporting/importing into a LMS directions as stated by Articulate. I follow that option as directed.
Based on the file, when I click on a character, they animate in and the text/arrow animate in as they should. What is it that you're experiencing that isn't correct?
@Mark: if you're having a technical issue, I'd connect with support or if you want to start a separate thread you can post a file and the community can look at it to see if it's working correctly. This way your issue doesn't get overlooked helping Aisha with her file.
As far as Aisha's issue, based on how the file is set up, it looks to be working as it should that's why I'm trying to clarify the issue she's having.
I notice that if I get rid of the background and icons group, the drag items appear. Not sure why, but something to mention to the support team. You can share my recording.
It does look like you can rebuild it. That's easier than wasting time trying to fix a slide that has some sort of issue.
I wanted to pop in and mention that our team is seeing a problem with Drag and Drop slides containing a background image or graphic. We're finding that drag objects are incorrectly hidden behind the graphic when the Shuffle option is turned on.
Our team is working on a fix as we speak, but until then, you can work around this problem by setting the Shuffle option to "None".
If that's not an option for you, you can also reach out to us here to request a rollback to a previous update of Storyline 360. That way you can stay up and running until we get the fix in place.
I think the difference for my version is that I working in a LMS. I exported again and it seemed to correct itself. I'll keep this open for a bit and will close if I can't replicate.

Fixed: In drag-and-drop interactions, drag items might return to their original positions during quiz review or be hidden by other objects.
