Hello... SL360 keeps closing. I have been working on this project for a couple of hours today, now all of a sudden it keeps failing when i try to delete a text box off the screen. I have included the file.
No Terry - it's just the standalone products SL2, SL3 that have a serial number. You will be using the Articulate 360 desktop app to uninstall and reinstall - just follow the steps in the Repair KB link I posted above.
I did as you suggested and when I tried to open the slide with the latest version, I got the attached error. This happened to me constantly on previous project over the weekend. I appreciate any help.
When I tried to clear the previous error... the video attached shows the behavior. Note that no mouse buttons are pressed... just moving the mouse across the screen.
That error normally means there is a corrupt object/image etc on the slide but since I can open it and work with the slide without issue it has to be something in your install that is causing it.
Maybe try creating a new project and importing the slide in and see if that helps.
If not, I would log a support ticket with Articulate and get them to take a look.

Hi Terry
Here is a peek - I'm not seeing that behaviour.
You may need to do a repair of Storyline
Thank you Wendy... will i need my license key for the re-install? I have no idea where it is.

Are you running the latest version of SL?
