Recently the files we upload to our LMS are launching in a minimized window that won't maximize. Could this be a Storyline setting, browser issue, or LMS?
From the storyline side, it depends on if you are using the modern player or the classic. If the classic then you want to make sure the scale player to fill browser is selected. Most of the time with this it is an LMS setting in what size browser or modal window it is launching.

It looks like Randy's got you covered here! If you wanted to check your Player settings to adjust the classic player to fill browser, try this:
Also, under the Launch player in new window checkbox, you can select to Resize browser to fill screen.
