Has anyone experienced the mobile version of a course dimming (display brightness) after 30 seconds? This is seen on iPhone and iOS 11 versions. Is there a setting in Storyline 360 somewhere which triggers this behavior?

I have not seen this behavior reported. You mentioned your LMS, but curious if this is an issue that you are seeing when you upload the content to SCORM Cloud as well?
Is there no interaction during this duration? Perhaps a phone lock setting is taking over?
