I have published a SCORM package using the latest version of Storyline 360. It works fine in my normal Moodle platform, but when accessing via Moodle Mobile, the file works fine but then freezes at exactly the same spot.
Whenever it reaches the transition between a particular slide and the next slide, it shows three loading dots but never moves on. It works fine on the normal LMS but only experiencing this issue on Moodle Mobile.
Any ideas what would be causing it to hang/crash mid way through?
Are you using the Moodle Mobile app? That could explain the issue you're running into, as Storyline's published content is only supported within the mobile browsers outlined here.
If something isn't loading correctly in the mobile app for Moodle, I'd ask them to help point you in the right direction for a why.
