Storyline 360 not working

Hi there.

I'm just trying to start a new project for work and my Storyline 360 just won't work at all! 

I click New Project and it just crashes and gives me an error report:

I've also tried importing some slides and again it's just crashing/unresponsive.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but that hasn't helped unfortunately.

Any fixes or advice greatly appreciated as I need to regain access ASAP!
