I'm experiencing some odd behavior today. I'm intermittently getting the scrolling wheel when trying to preview a slide and it never moves into preview. Also, I'm not able to crop characters. I've rebooted three times today to try to clear it. Any thoughts or should I send this file on to support to review? I can insert new characters in but can't crop the characters currently in the file.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled. We'll see what happens. I'm still getting odd behavior when viewing characters. See attached. I'll let support know as well.

tech support said to uninstall and reinstall. Am waiting for my IT department. Could be a while.
