Storyline 360 Pick Many: Check off correct answers on 3 attempts

I'm building templates with checkmark images with hidden states that I'd like to reveal with the correct answer is picked. If the user chooses some right and some wrong I'd like the correct choices to be checked off for the next attempt. Crossing off the wrong answer is not necessary at this time.

I don't see a way to change the state of the correct choices in the form view, and I don't see how to change it for correct choices anywhere else either. Nor do I see a way to trigger a change in a variable based whether a checkbox is correct or not.

I've attached a screen capture of the same thing that I built in Lectora, showing two attempts, one right and one wrong in the first attempt. The checkmarks remain on the page until the user tries again. Any way to do this in Storyline?
