Storyline 360 Player issues in LMS.

We have a couple courses in which the player appears messed up and the course won't function on the LMS (image attached). These courses look fine when previewing them within Storyline. They also look fine when publishing to Review 360, and they look fine when I click on the Index file after publishing from the SL project. We have a large number of SL courses on our LMS, and have never experienced any thing like this before. The publish settings are the same as all the other courses that function properly. Any advice is much appreciated!

Thank you for including the screenshots — looks like you're viewing the course in Chrome. Do you see the same behavior in a different browser, like Firefox?
We'd be happy to do further testing to help determine the issue. Is it possible for you to share the .story file in a support case here? Then we'll reach out shortly after with our findings!
