How long does it usually take to publish a storyline 360 project as a video (mp4). I'm testing this at the moment with a small size project (20 slides) with no interactions and it's been sitting on 45 minutes. Can someone please advise. Thank you.
It truly depends on the content, as Storyline interprets all of the elements and then renders them into a video file. If you'd like a second pair of eyes on your file, we're happy to see how long the publish time takes on our side!
In fact, I see you're already working with my teammate, Peter, in a support case. If that works for you, you can share that Storyline file with us privately by using this unique upload link!
We'll give it a test, and let you know what we find!
Sorry to hear you're running into the same issue! As Katie mentioned above, it depends on the content, as there could be several reasons for the publishing time.

Feel free to connect with a support engineer, and they'll be able to dig deeper into your file and provide specific help!
