I have created a quiz with storyline 360. Basic question bank quiz and results page, a pass being above 85%. The majority of the time the systems is reporting peoples score successfully, but occasionally it is only reporting the pass but not updating their %score.
If it doesn't receive a new %score and they have previously taken the quiz and failed, it will update their results with their last score. So this is resulting in people appearing to pass with scores below 85%
Its very hard to diagnose the issue as the majority of the time it updates fine and I haven't been able to replicate it.
Would this be an issue with the setup in articulate/ the content or is it an issue on the LMS side?

If the user has passed the course, that means they have reached the completion requirement for the course.
Most LMS systems consider a course to be in review mode at this point. Check out this article on how you can adjust that set-up if needed for your LMS.
