Storyline 360- Resource tooltip is missing in HTML5 output

Hi everyone,
As you may know, In Flash output the resource that has a long name gets truncated and is replaced with the "..." When we hover over the resource name a tool-tip appears with the full name of the resource. Check the image below.

but

In HTML5 output, the the tool-tip does not appear.

Is there a way to make the tool-tip appear?
Just wanted to confirm has anybody faced such issue. Is this Storyline 360 glitch?
