I have a Storyline 360 quiz with 20 questions. Passing Score is 80%. If the user fails the first attempt, retakes quiz, and passes with a score between 80% - 95% on the second attempt, a score of 100% is sent to the LMS. (SABA) It works fine when passing on the first attempt. Has this occurred for others? Any help would be appreciated.
That does seem odd that the second attempt is reporting a score of 100%. Does this seem to happen each time a learner retakes the quiz a second time?
Storyline does send quiz data to the LMS when you track with a quiz/survey results slide, so it is odd that the second attempt is not reporting correctly.
