[Help please!] Storyline 360 Rotating Dial to Select Different Scenes

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any information or guide to create a rotating dial that rotates between three scenes based on where the pointer is facing to display different scenes of information.

Please see enclosed skeleton of project.

I have provided two different options you can use:

jumps to a new slide with the appropriate information for that module.
Stays on the same slide as the dial and displays a different layer dependent on the module selected.

Although not done...adding some option for rotation with the use of GSAP.

When time permits i finish this...

PS. Not using a dial, but directly with Javascript in Storyline
