Help!!! I am trying to do a training for Powerlink ERP which requires software simulation. I did the screen captures using storyline but for some reason storyline is not capturing the mouse actions in the Application. Can anyone help? At the end of the capture I can only save a video. no step by step slide is possible.
once you insert the screencast into your file you should have the options to select how it is inserted. You can also reuse the screencast e.g. you might want it as a video on the first slide and then you can re-use it on the next slide as try mode.

Thanks for your prompt response. I have tried the different modes and when i get the scenes I get 3 slides:
the mouse click that launch's the ERP app,
all the mouse clicks in the ERP app comes as one slide with a screen recording
and the exit slide to my desktop.

Articulate is installed on the local machine and I also tried the degraded version but its still the same.
