Storyline 360 Slides hanging up

I am running Storyline 360 and am having issues with slides hanging up. When you have a main slide with buttons to push that will take you to different sections of the eModule when it jumps to the Introduction slide in a particular section the slide will just set there and spin. You cannot advance or go back. This has now happened in two separate eModules I have been developing. I have uninstalled Storyline 360 and reinstalled and the problem still exists. Any suggestions?
