I have subscribed to Storyline 360 and when I want to use one of the built-in interactions it says Subscription needed. What do I have to do to be able to use them?
Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the interactions you need. Can you tell me where you are trying to access the interactions? Could you send a screenshot of the 'Subscription Needed' message you're seeing on your end?
