Would you be able to send us one of those Word files, along with the original Storyline file? We'll run it through some tests to try and nail down what's causing this.

Happy to investigate this with you. First, are you using a translated Word document or XLIFF file?
Also, does the same problem happen on any file you translate, or just this file in particular?
