Storyline 360 - Triggered Program to Results Slide when Two Scenarios are Complete

Hello eLearning Heros - Seeking support with the correct trigger to launch from the Landing "Home Scene" to the Results slide following the completion of two scenarios with question sets. 

Following results - I would like the scene to close out.
