I don't use Storyline 360; I just have SL3. But I've encountered this type of problem before. It was related to the Feedback Layout used for the layer. The layout looked "blank," but it actually had a filled-white background, which covered the base of the slide.

If that is the problem, there are 2 ways to correct it:

  • Remove the filled background from the current Feedback Layout. (Or this might have to be done to the Feedback Master.)

  • Create a new Feedback Master with a blank background. Then switch to that layout on your layer.
