Storyline 360 update fails

 My colleagues and I are all having issues with the latest Storyline 360 update. There are no specific messages - just the response below: 

Storyline 360 version 3.26.18601.0 failed to download.

Are there any other suggestions? We have Windows 10 Enterprise, Build 17763.rs5_release.180914-1434.

When I've had issues like this in the past once or twice, an uninstall/reinstall has worked for me.

Hopefully, you won't need that.  Probably a last resort but just in case . . .
