Storyline 360 won't open

Tried opening SL 360 and it is stuck on "Adding Views" and will not open.

I have to use task manager to close SL and have tried reopening it after running updates and shutting down.

Has anyone encountered this and know how to get around it?

I've shutdown and rebooted several times.
