Storyline and Firefox Problems

I have a number of Storyline interactions in a
course I teach and when I try to view them using Firefox, they don't appear. I
get a large blank white spot where they should be on the HTML page. They do
work in IE however. I see this was a problem earlier this year and it appears
to be persisting. Has anyone else had problems with Storyline and Firefox?

Hi Nadine and welcome to Heroes!
You'll see within the comparison chart here at the bottom that for HTML5 content, Firefox has limited support and it's recommended you use Google Chrome. Additionally you'll find the system requirements here for viewing Storyline content.
