As David mentioned you'll want to confirm you're using the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 9, or Storyline 1 Update 10 when you publish. You'll then need to upload the published output to your LMS or web server and access that link on your iPad.
If you're still having difficulty could you tell us a bit more about what's happening?
Thanks - are you using the latest update of Storyline 2? Where have you uploaded and hosted your course? Are you trying to view the output in the HTML5 version in mobile Safari or the Articulate Mobile player? What happens when you try to access it on the iPad?
If you intended to attach a copy of your file here, attachments from email replies won't be posted to the forums so you need to upload the file using the "add attachment" button at the bottom of the reply window.
