Storyline and LMS (SAP LSO)

The following information gets communicated to an LMS by Articulate Storyline via SCORM and AICC:

• id: This is the number of the question in the quiz. It'll be in the format Question#_#. The first '#' is the question number. The second '#' is the number of the user's attempt. For example, Question5_2 would designate the user's second attempt on the fifth question.
• type: This is the type of question (True/False, Multiple Choice, Multiple Response, etc).
• student_response: This is how the user answered the question.
• correct_response: This is the correct answer for the question.
• result: This designates whether the user answered the question correctly or not.
• weighting: Articulate content does not currently utilize this item. It'll always be set to 1.
• latency: This is how long it took the user to answer the question.
• objective: Articulate content does not currently utilize this item. It'll always be set to 0.

SCORM 2004 content also communicates the question text to an LMS.

If you're having trouble seeing this content in your LMS, it might help to pass this information on to your LMS team.

Thank you for your reply. Can Storyline communicate this info to an LMS if the Storyline movie is uploaded to internal sharepoint? And can you tell me exactly what to do - step-by-step?

Hi Irene,

I'm afraid I do not have access to SharePonit, so I won't be able to walk you through this. 

I don't believe an internal SharePoint will function the same way as an LMS. You may want to try posting over in the Building Better Courses section, with "SharePoint" in the title. Hopefully some of our community members with SharePoint experience can give you some tips or some resources.

he desarrollado dos cursos en Articulate Sttoryline y al subrilos en la plataforma de Sap Success Factor no esta guardando la calificación al finalizar el curso. Tanto en ScormCloud como en Chamilo funciona perfectamente.

¿Alguien ha presentado o tiene el mismo problema? o ¿Alguien conoce la manera de poder solucionarlo?

I have developed two courses at Articulate Sttoryline and at Sapros Factor platform Sap Success Factor is not saving the qualification at the end of the course. Both ScormCloud and Chamilo works perfectly.

Has anyone had or has the same problem? O Does anyone know how to solve it?

If you are unable to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, you may want to follow up with your LMS team. Someone in the community may still be able to assist you of course.

Hi Kevin... I think your problem could be related to the SCORM version you are using. Did you tried with SCORM 1.2 and 2004 versions?
