Has anyone experience of using Storyline with Lumesse LMS. I have a short course with a mastery score when the learner passes the score the passed status is shown on their LMS progress. When they fail an incomplete status shows. I believe I understand this behaviour because the learner has not satisfied the success criteria for completing the course, however the LMS Administrator doesn't agree and thinks it should return a fail. Has anyone else worked with this LMS it's a new one to me in SCORM cloud my course seems to be working fine.

While I cannot point you in the direction of other posts where Lumesse have been mentioned, I wanted to stop in to note that typically, if your course behaves properly on the SCORM Cloud, we recommend that you reach out to your LMS, which is sounds like you have already done.
