Storyline audio will not export

I've tried repeatedly this morning to export audio files that were recording into Storyline.  I get an error box every time, to "report the problem".  Reporting the problem doesn't fix the problem.  I'm using a new mic and headphones and I'm hearing a  hum at playback.  I need to be able to export the files so that I can test them on a different machine to troubleshoot the hum.
