I've tried repeatedly this morning to export audio files that were recording into Storyline. I get an error box every time, to "report the problem". Reporting the problem doesn't fix the problem. I'm using a new mic and headphones and I'm hearing a hum at playback. I need to be able to export the files so that I can test them on a different machine to troubleshoot the hum.
It sounds like the error message doesn't give you anything specific, so I'd suggest to first start by confirming you're working with local project files. Next, are you able to conduct a repair of Storyline to see if that solves you're export will work?
