I am looking for the post that made reference to how to create your own acp file, allowing you to create your own characters and then accessing them through the insert character function.
The search function is currently not working for me on the community pages - all I get is "no results" regardless of what term I put in the field - hence the query.
Sorry that the post was not the one you were looking for. I don't know of one that was about creating your own ACP files, but hopefully someone else is able to chime in here.
In regards to the forums search - we're aware of a number of users who have issues searching the forums and have brought this to the attention of our web team. They're working on some powerful updates to the E-Learning Heroes forum, and in the meantime you may want to use this method for searching.
