Hi, I have just started learning Articulate and for some reason I am unable to resize or drag or position any text boxes or pictures I insert on a slide. Can anyone help me? I have looked at all tutorials and they all seem to be using the same click and drag as we do in Powerpoint or Prezi but it is not working in Storyline for me.
If you're still not able to move text boxes, please open up a Support case, and there will be an option to record a screencast of what is happening so that our team can work with you directly.
Hi Ashley, Thanks for your response. Yes it happens everytime and with everything whether it is a Picture or Text box or Button that I insert on the slide. I will follow the steps you have outlined in your response to see if this fixes my issue.

Hi Namrata,
You should be able to click and drag to move items as per normal, does this happen in every Storyline file you open from scratch? First, please confirm that your system meets these guidelines to work within Storyline. You may want to conduct a repair of your Storyline software and follow these general guidelines to create, edit and publish your course locally (not on a network or USB drive).
