We have the following requirement to be done in Storyline:
The target audience chooses a level from a displayed list of buttons. Based on the level the learner chooses, he/she has access to a set of topics and assessment questions (depending on the level chosen). At the end of the training if he passes the assessment, the LMS should mark that he has completed the course.

I just thought I'd stop in to note that if you should decide to employ the use of Javascript as Phil mentioned, we'd need to defer to the gurus in the community to assist, as that is not something for which we are able to provide support.

Yes it is possible., you may need to set the completion status using javascript but it is possible.
