You can't interact directly between a Storyline block and the remainder of your Rise course, so selecting the Next button on the last slide of your SL block won't have any effect. As with other blocks in Rise, once you have finished viewing the content of your SL block, simply scroll down the page to get to the next lesson.
If you are wanting to jump to a new section in your Rise course once your SL block completes, the easiest way is probably to add a Button block immediately after your SL block so that the user can jump to the new section by clicking on the button. Note, you cannot currently jump to individual Lessons within a Rise course, only individual Sections.
