Hey everyone! I have a Storyline 3 slide where the user clicks on an image. A visited state then reveals additional information. Unfortunately, when I am editing states to add a hyperlink, triggers are not enabled. Please help! Thanks so much for your time and expertise! Should I be using layers instead?

Create the visual for the second state and attach the trigger to it. Then copy it, edit states, create the state, and paste the visual.
Or create the trigger on the normal state to initiate when object is clicked if state is Visited.
Some triggers will work one way, and others, the other.
