I'd like to use the template 'Inspire', couldn't find it in the downloads[https://community.articulate.com/downloads/] but went to the ribbon - Slides - Content Library and saw it there, but when I click on it to load I get a message to check my connection to articulate? My wi-fi connection is good and I am logged in to articulate on the browser. What can be the issue?

Are you able to download a different one, or do you get the same error when choosing any of the templates available at the Content Library?
