I have made some spelling corrections to a storyline module and they look ok in preview. When I publish them in Word or for LMS the changes are not reflected in the published module. I have saved the source with a different name on my local drive and republished and its still wrong. I cleared my browser cache too but as the Word version is also wrong I am even more confused. Any other suggestions please?
That does seem really odd, and I'm happy to help here.
It sounds like you've already tried this solution so would you mind sharing your .story project file here so I can do some testing with it? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment.
Also- so I have a good comparison, could you take a screenshot of an edit you've made in the file and then a screenshot of what you're seeing in the published version?
If you could also provide a link to your course on the web where you're seeing it displayed wrong- that would be really helpful too! Tempshare is a great way to do that.
Thanks for letting us know about this-- I'm sorry it's been causing headaches!
That looks to have worked. I was changing the slides but not the ones in the question bank. I didn't realise there was another set of the same questions in the question bank. I do now.
I'm seeing a similar issue. I've updated a storyline module, but when I preview or publish, my changes aren't there. I've tried clearing browser cache and deleting the file from Review360 and republishing. I'm still not seeing the changes in the published version. The [correct] last sentence in the paragraph to the right in the file is "Drag the next steps..." That [incorrect] sentence in the published version is "Drag the next seven steps..."
I just previewed your file and published to review and I can see the text change from Drag 7 steps then when I click lets do it and start the interaction it changes to drag the next steps.

Hi Barbara,
Hmm, that's definitely not what I would expect! I'm happy to help you figure this out.

Hi we are using Storyline 2 and its the first project I have had this problem with.
I have loaded it onto Tempshare
http://s3.amazonaws.com/tempshare-stage.storyline.articulate.com/sto_1bn0m2idv13f4kg0ecj1rl81rki9/story.html
and attached copies of slide 9 and the .story file
Slides 5 and 9 are both wrong.
Any suggestions ? Thanks for your support.
Hey Barbara,
I'll admit- this one had me stumped for a moment! Thanks so much for sharing your file and those screenshots.
In your file- you'll want to make those edits to the question slides themselves within your Question Bank P2P 2017 Quiz:
Once I made those changes there, it carried over to the published course. Take a look at it here, and I've also attached your edited file.
Good luck with the rest of your project!
Many thanks for your assistance Ali.

Great Barbara! I'm glad you're good to go 😄
Don't hesitate to reach back out here if you run into anymore hiccups!

Oh my goodness, THANK YOU! I forgot that I had an intro slide!
Ha ha - a fresh set of eyes sometimes is all that is needed. All the best with your project Jennifer :-)
