I have a storyline block I am adding to RISE. For some reason, the CC button is not appearing despite the fact it is checked on the player. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
I'm happy to help! The Closed Captioning button appears on slides that have media. I've tested this on my end with a Storyline block in Rise 360, and I see the "CC" button present.
