Storyline Compatibility Issue with Internet Explorer and/or Desire2Learn (D2L)

Hello,

We have uploaded a Stroryline (updated version) training onto our LMS (Desire2Learn). Users are experiencing issues when using Internet Explorer to access the storyline and/or complete the quiz. Would you happen to know if I.E. (or perhaps earlier versions of I.E.) is a known issue when accessing the training module?

We have been telling users to use Firefox or Chrome to complete the training, however, we wanted to know what could be causing the problem(s) with I.E. and/or Desire2Learn.

Thank you, your help on this matter would greatly be appreciated.

Hi, Vijaya -- Thanks for your question! Please take a look at this information on System Requirements, and particularly the Section on Viewing Content for a list of supported browsers. You may also want to test your course on the SCORM Cloud as well to see if it behaves the same way there as what you are seeing within your LMS.
