I am unable to access Storyline. It prompts me to sign in, but then times out and gives me a "There was a problem connecting to Aritculate 360." I am able to access my online Rise account, my internet is functioning just fine as is all my other applications. Suggestions?
I was in rise and I can see my courses however when trying to edit/delete sections I no longer require the delete bin is no long visible neither is the side bit to change style etc

I have got the same problem after the last update of sept 29. It cannot access it.
The process is still ongoing since 4h. I have signed out, rebooted, but Storyline cannot open. Internet is also good here.

Glad I am not the only one. I tried all of those things as well with nothing. Still can't access it.
My Rise seems to be functioning well (although I have not spent too much time in it today). It is just the Storyline account I cannot access
Just to let you know that I can access all my courses if I go directly on the .story files, instead of the page I show you in the attachment.
