Storyline course closing unexpectedly on iPad running through LMS

We are running a Storyline course through Learn.com. (it is the LMS our client uses. We can not use the Articulate App) When the course is taken on an iPad, it sometimes unexpectedly closes the course. It does not happen at the same point in the course all the time - Each time the course is taken, it closes itself on different slides. This is even after the latest Storyline update. Has anyone else experienced this or had a resolution?

Hi Laurie,

Is this happening on multiple iPads, or just one? What version of iOS are you using on your iPad? Are you able to test by also loading the course into a site such as SCORM Cloud or even Tempshare to see if it's the Storyline course or the LMS, or the iPad and the wireless network? If you'd like to share the .story file with us here we'll be happy to test as well. If you'd prefer to share privately, you're welcome to send to us here as well.

Hi Ashley - 

We have tested this on more than one iPad (iOS7), in different locations with different people. We have also tested this on SCORMCloud, and the same thing is occuring. I will try to share the course privately. On a positive note, once the course unexpectedly closes, it automatically opens and we are prompted to Resume where we left off. So at least our progress is being saved .

Thanks, Ashley! I am back in the office and tested the course from the latest link he emailed to me. Unfortunately, it is still doing the same thing. The course closes unexpectedly - it doesn't close on the same screen every time, either, which makes testing this issue very challenging. It works fine from the desktop browser. This issue only happens when the course is launched from the iPad or iPhone (iOS7). I replied to Jonathan yesterday, but have not heard back from him yet.
