I'm testing a course and when I publish one slide locks up when I click a custom "Next" button. It works fine in preview mode. I Need help solving this problem. I can't think of any reason why this is happening except the order of my triggers possibly. Please see attached pic of the triggers for the slide that is locking up. The player "Next" button is turned off. I'm really confused that it works in Preview mode but not when published.
No I wasn't able to. That is what confused me. I used the same trigger arrangement on another course without any porblem. So, I created a new course and imported all the slides from the defective course and everything works now. I guess the file was corrupt but I don't now why or how.

Are you able to move your Picture Triggers to the top above the Button ones?
