I am having an issue with my Storyline courses not playing video files in our Joomla LMS. The videos will play in courses that were published with a different authoring tool. I have tried a lot of different publishing techniques but no luck so far. Any help would be great!
Hi, Kathryn -- So sorry to hear your are having difficulties, but have you had an opportunity to test your course in the SCORM Cloud? SCORM Cloud is the industry standard for LMS testing,s o if you find that you are not experiencing the same issue you are seeing in your LMS, you may want to reach out to your LMS provider directly for additional assistance.
