We are publishing courses to our website and despite previously having no issues the courses are now displaying as blank pages. We export Storyline courses as 'Tincan API'. Can you please help me resolve this issue.

Why are my courses now displaying as blank pages when exporting Storyline courses as 'Tincan API'?
Instructional Design is correct, we do have an issue we are working on internally. This issue is specific to viewing the content locally once published, such as by clicking 'View Project'.
Are you seeing an issue once the content is uploaded and viewed in the LMS?
Thanks for the replies - we are seeing the issue once the content is uploaded and viewed in the LMS. I got a reply saying there was no issue from Articulate (I logged a ticket) but the only was we were able to successfully view the course was by updating flash?? very strange but working now. We have put it out for further testing and will comment on what we find.
I appreciate the updated information, Rebecca. I will add this to your support case as well so that if you need to follow-up with our team, all of the information is in one location.
Good news! In the upcoming June 2020 update for Storyline 360, we’ll add a new launch file to Tin Can API (xAPI) courses so you can view them on your local computer before you upload them to your LMS. We’ll make the same change to Storyline 3 in a future update.
See this article for more information, and let me know if you have any questions!

Articulate broke the functionality when updating!
Lots of posts about it. Just a case of waiting for them to fix it.
