We are recently upgrades Moodle to version 2.6.1 and everything is running great with the exception of playing courses on an iPad. I am creating the SCORM course in Storyline, checking the box for HTML5. The problem that I have it the course does not resize properly on the iPad, only about two thirds of the player displays in the window. I have tried adjusting the settings in 10 different ways and have not been successful. Any help would be great. Thank you! Reply See this post in context
There is a known issue with how Storyline is displaying in LMS's that launch in an iFrame while viewing on the iPad. Our team is looking in to it, but I've also heard that Moodle is looking into it as well and you may want to check the Moodle support site to see if they've identified a fix yet.
I've reached out to our Quality Assurance team regarding your request for this specific build. I'll update this thread as soon as I have more information.
The issue has been flagged as a show-stopper and from what I can see in the details of the ticket, we're currently working with some specific LMS systems and clients to test the issue.
I also see that we're pushing to get a solution to share within a software update, but I don't see an official statement that this will be implemented with the next update for Storyline just yet.
In the meantime, if you haven't already done so, I recommend trying Brian's suggestion that I provided in my earlier response.
We'll continue to work on this issue and share any information we can, once we have it.

Courses that I made prior to the January Storyline update are working properly on the iPad, the courses that I have made since then are not working.
Do you have a timeframe for your next release when this issue will be resolved?
can I get the file to install version 1311.1422?
My courses play fine with it.

I have not heard a response yet regarding access to that specific build, but there's been a lot of activity with testing on the issue.
In the meantime, Brian shared a possible workaround that may help in the meantime. More information can be found here.
As Brian noted, this is just a suggestion - it's also for Presenter content, but may work with Storyline.
I'll continue to keep an eye on the progress and share any updates we have.
