I've got an mp4 video that I'm trying to put on my LMS. I've inserted it into Storyline but each time I attempt to preview the slide, Storyline crashes and closes. I've got a deadline, please help!

Just a heads up that I ended up publishing and everything works beautifully. I still should be able to preview it - but I found a workaround.
