Storyline Crashes While Previewing May 10, 2022 By Sandra Reedy Please help! Every other time I try to preview a scene in a file, Storyline crashes. I send the report every time. I am working on a 2020 Macbook Pro via Parallels. Is this a common problem?

There a few things I'd like to confirm with you. Are you working from your local hard drive? This can happen if there is a corrupt element on your slide. Have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline file? Is this happening when trying to a specific project or slide? Do you know which version of Storyline you're using? We are currently on Build 3.63.27674.0. You can try to repair your software. If this is happening with a specific file, please share it with our support team so we can investigate the issue!
