I am in my third project where Storyline crashes whenever I use the CTRL-V command. I have tried to repair the software, uninstall/reinstall, contacted my organization's IT department, and rebuild the courses from the ground up in case they were corrupted, and it is still happening. Any advice is appreciated!
Welcome to heroes, glad you're here! I'm sorry you're still seeing this issue despite going through so much troubleshooting. At this stage, I encourage you to go ahead and open up a case with our Support Engineers using this form. They'll be able to work with you to investigate further. If you share the case number with me here after submitting, I'll follow along and relay relevant information in this thread for anyone who may find it helpful. Thanks!
I work with Taylor and am now experiencing the exact same problem in a totally different project. My files are saved locally, and I've also both repaired and reinstalled. Should I open a second ticket?
Hi Melissa- Thanks for reaching out here and letting us know. Yes, I would recommend also submitting a case to them here. Let me know your case number after submitting and I'll follow along with yours as well. Thanks!
It doesn't look like we heard back from Melissa in her case, by my colleague shared steps for her to repair Storyline so perhaps that helped. Let me know what version of Storyline you're using and I'll share the steps for you here!

Did anyone get a repair to this? It is happening to myself and two coworkers on separate projects.
