Storyline Crashing without warning when trying to record audio

Storyline Crashing without warning when trying to record audio. I have restarted cleared cache still a problem. Can someone from Articulate sort this out  I am a premium member so I have paid for support . Need to do this for a new job

I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties, but here are a few things we can try: First, are you working locally? And also, have you attempted this repair? If the crashing continues, we do have a solution to pull error logs to send to our Support Engineers for further assistance, or you can use our regular contact support page and indicate that you have PMP support so that they can provide you with the correct link.
