Storyline crushes when I try to record and save voice, videos or add video and voice files from my laptop

Hi everyone,

I wish to get some help, every time I try to record voice, webcam or add video/sound from file, articulate crushes. How do I solve the problem?

What can I tell the ICT team to assist?

I work for a Bank and I imagined that there may be some restrictions - by the way, this is the first time articulate is installed in the computer.

Hi Noelah.

Sorry to hear about the difficulty. Is your Storyline file located on your C: drive? I have seen these issues present themselves if you are working on a network drive. A simple thing you can do to test would be to create a folder here:

C:\Articulate

Place your .story file there. Launch the file and see if you still have an issue. Also, does this issue occur on a specific file or any file?
