When I am trying to deactivate the SL1/2 license key on my company laptop, I am getting an error – “Unable to connect to the activation server. Check your internet connection and try again.".
It can also often mean that there is an issue with firewalls and connecting to our activation server. Can you connect with our Support team here so that we can figure out your set up and work on next steps to help you deactivate?
